I’m based in the Broward County area. We’ve setup picnic experiences at scenic spots overlooking the ocean, beaches, in parks with little ponds or lakes, in backyards, in the woods, on luxury hotel grounds, and we’ve even done romantic indoor picnics in living rooms!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How many hours is the typical picnic?

    SUGGESTION: Our minimum commitment is two hours. Although, many clients become so thoroughly engrossed in our themed picnics experience and request extra time. Yes, we can accommodate an extra 30, 60 minutes or more at a cost.


  • Why choose Feast At My Table Co?

    In addition to providing friendly, first-class customer service, we go out of our way to make each picnic truly unique and memorable.


  • What if I need to cancel my picnic?

    If you need to cancel, then we will save your 50% deposit and apply it towards a future picnic event with us. However, we will return your $100 damage deposit. However, please note that when your rescheduled next event is confirmed and booked, we will be requesting the $100 damage deposit again.


    The same policy applies if we need to cancel due to adverse weather conditions such as rain, heavy wind, etc. Either way, we are happy to work with you to reschedule.


  • Will I receive a detailed price quote and invoice?

    Yes. After discussing and agreeing on all your picnic details, I will email you a detailed cost quote for your review. This will ensure that we are both on the same page and nothing is overlooked. If everything looks good, simply approve the quote by typing your initials in it and email it back to me. Submit the deposit listed in the quote to lock-in your date. Be sure to lock-in your date ASAP because open time slots get filled up quickly.


  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    Yes, we require a 50% deposit, plus a refundable $100 damage deposit. I prefer payment via Zelle. Payment method options and details will be provided on the Invoice.


  • How far in advance do I need to reserve my picnic?

    We recommend booking your picnic at least 2 or 3 weeks or more in advance to ensure that your preferred date and time is available. Since we are so busy, we often get clients booking 2 months or more in advance.


    However, we do welcome last-minute inquiries. Who knows, we might just have your desired date and time slot available even if it is only 2 or 3 days away.


  • What is included with my picnic?

    For starters, you’ll receive friendly, first-class service from start to finish. I love brainstorming with my clients about picnic themes, colors, props, add-ons, locations, food, and more. We do not offer alcoholic beverages, Broward, Miami Dade and West Palm Beach have strict ordinances against public drinking.


  • How far in advance do I book?

    We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, but to ensure your preferred date, we suggest the earliest possible! Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate last minute bookings.


  • How long does an experience last?

    You get to enjoy 2 hours of our picnic setup! We understand that time flies when you are having fun! Please note that a fee may be applicable for additional requested time.


  • Do the picnics come with food?

    No the setups does not come with food. However, we work with caterers, restaurants and a private chef to help make your event special as an A-la-carte.

Feast At My Table Co Picnic Services Policies


We don’t offer refunds, but we can always reschedule your picnic if you give us 72 hours notice.


Our furniture is very delicate. It requires special handling from our team. If you want to move your setup, please notify us and a member of our staff will relocate setup.


Candles are for decoration only, please don’t light them. Lighting candles can damage our tablecloth, runners and tables and this will ruin your experience.


Placemats and Charger plates are for decoration only. All of our guest will have a disposable plate for their personal use.


If there’s bad weather on the forecast, we will contact you one night before the picnic and offer you to reschedule or an indoor alternative.


We may cancel your picnic if you let us know 72 hours in advance, we will not issue a refund.
